How Slow Is The Myrtle Beach Real Estate Market?

Since interest rates spike a few months ago, we have seen the Myrtle Beach Real Estate market change significantly.  It started with a spike in inventory due to lower buyer demand.  We saw and continue to see less Buyers in the market right now, longer days on the market for homes and condos listed and more price reductions.

But over the last 2 months we have seen another change.  Things stabilizing and inventory level off.
